DIFILIPPO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Supervise and train a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity and provide daily reports.
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
