DIFILIPPO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervise and train a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity and provide daily reports.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
