We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of National Accounts to join our team at Inspire Event Technologies LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with national clients
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Provide estimated budgets and pricing to support client vision and goals
- Ensure profitability threshold of 45% for each event
- Work with leadership to assign and monitor individual sales goals for team members
- Review event proposals with Account Executives or Account Managers
- Monitor in-market client lists to ensure information is kept up to date
- Operate seamlessly with both Sales and Operations teams
- College Degree preferred, but will consider equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 7 years in a sales capacity in the AV, event, hotel, or related field
- Experience in telemarketing sales a plus
- Experience in strategic sales account management
- Shows potential in creative and financial skills necessary for career advancement
