Job Title: Account Director

As a key member of our team, the Account Director will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Job Summary:

The Account Director will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering high-quality marketing solutions to our clients. This includes developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, brands, and markets to inform marketing strategies and solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and meet client objectives.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering marketing solutions, including project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing solutions.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective marketing solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a client service role in an agency with a focus on relationship/direct advertising.
  • Track record of applying strong strategic knowledge of direct/target marketing.
  • Track record of building strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Category experience is a strong asset and is preferred.
  • Experienced people manager, demonstrating strong mentoring abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Business Marketing or Advertising is preferred.
