About The Job

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide intervention and evaluation of gross motor delays and disorders to those children who are identified to be in need of physical therapy services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric rehabilitation and excellent communication skills.

  • Facilitate opportunities for open communication between staff, families, and individuals.
  • Complete initial evaluations to determine eligibility and annual evaluations of children currently on the clinician's caseload.
  • Provide direct physical therapy intervention to children assigned to the clinician's caseload.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in electronic and paper format.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
  • New York State License in Physical Therapy.
  • One year experience in the evaluation and treatment of children with communication disorders in the birth to school-aged population.
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
