About the Role

Care is a leading provider of online services for finding family care and care jobs. We're seeking a highly motivated Product Manager, SEO to join our team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product roadmap that drives organic visibility and performance for our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the product roadmap for growing Care's organic visibility and performance
  • Deeply understand our consumers and their problems, and strive to improve our tools and technology to drive growth
  • Translate SEO opportunities into product initiatives and run experiments to validate your thinking
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and build a roadmap based on cross-functional objectives and key results
  • Develop a deep understanding of all organic metrics in the marketplace and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of product experience, including leadership of an engineering team
  • Deeply curious and operate with a sense of urgency
  • Data-fluent and use data to solve problems and identify opportunities
  • Biased for action and make good decisions with incomplete data
  • A bar raiser and inspire others to bring their 'A' game
  • An owner and can seamlessly straddle thinking about both the product and the business
  • A compelling story-teller and use both qualitative and quantitative data to influence key stakeholders

We're seeking an experienced, results-driven Product Manager who can support our two-sided marketplace and help improve our ability to consistently help families who have care needs to discover providers who can fulfill those needs.

This position is based in either Dallas, TX or Austin, TX, and will be hybrid in office 3 days per week (Monday/Wednesday/Thursday).
