Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Product Manager, SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a data-focused product leader who has experience developing and shipping products that drive user acquisition and create value for our web users, focused on logged-out visitor experience. Experience in a Marketplace or Ecommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the product roadmap that drives organic visibility and performance growth.
  • Deeply understand our consumers, their problems, and consistently strive to improve our tools and technology to drive growth.
  • Translate SEO opportunities into product initiatives, from developing hypotheses to running experiments to validate thinking.
  • Own and build a roadmap based on cross-functional objectives and key results that builds momentum and inspires passion in the engineering team.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives when there are dependencies beyond your team's domain.
  • Develop a deep understanding of all organic metrics in the marketplace to make data-driven decisions that balance short-term revenue and long-term value.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of product experience, including leadership of an engineering team.
  • Deeply curious and operate with a sense of urgency to understand our customers and create value on their behalf.
  • Data-fluent and use data to solve problems, identify opportunities, and invent new metrics to learn and make decisions.
  • Biased for action and make good decisions with incomplete data, constantly optimizing for learning.
  • A bar raiser who inspires others to bring their 'A' game and is constantly looking for opportunities for improvement.
  • An owner who can seamlessly straddle thinking about both the product and the business.
  • A compelling story-teller who uses qualitative and quantitative data to influence key stakeholders and inspire the team.
  • A collaborative partner who builds strong relationships and is a servant leader to the engineering team.
