Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing search engine optimization strategies to drive traffic and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, marketing, and product, to drive growth and achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business results
  • Develop and maintain internal linking strategies to improve website navigation and user experience
  • Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve search engine visibility
  • Deliver high-quality keyword research, briefs, and copy optimizations to support content creation and marketing efforts
  • Train writers on SEO best practices and provide guidance on content optimization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in search engine optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present data and insights to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Google's services, including Analytics, Ads, and Search Console
  • Demonstrated understanding and deployment of EEAT / helpful content update implications
  • A functional understanding of HTML and CSS
  • The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as.htaccess, metadata, CWV, and related skills
  • Understanding nuances between broad/head-term SEO while also building an effective and long-tail search strategy
  • A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO
  • Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
  • A background in creating reports highlighting pertinent SEO data and search performance
  • An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and future trends in the SEO industry
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $104,600 - $135,650, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions, paid time off, and a range of wellness benefits.
