We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in Portland. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Job

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work with pediatric and adult patients, utilizing your nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders and collect data to identify actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders
  • Collections and analyzing data to identify patient needs and make informed decisions
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a current LPN license in the state where you will practice, a current TB or Chest X-Ray, and a Current BLS card. Additionally, one year of prior professional nursing experience is preferred.
