Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care possible.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, collecting and analyzing data to inform your care decisions.
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as an LPN in the state where you will practice.
  • A current TB or Chest X-Ray clearance.
  • A valid BLS card.
  • Prior professional nursing experience preferred, but not required.
