Our team consists of Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) specialists.

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee client ABA programs in our Oklahoma City clinical team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral and skills assessments to inform treatment plans
  • Design and maintain comprehensive treatment programs for clients
  • Work with and oversee teams that implement individualized treatment plans
  • Complete weekly program writing and maintain client program books
  • Provide parent/family training and support, including monthly clinic/progress meetings
  • Monitor programs through observations, data collection, and data analysis
  • As needed, provide direct/indirect behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions

Requirements
  • Masters degree in a relevant field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure in Oklahoma
  • Knowledge of behavior analytic interventions and functional behavioral assessment
  • Experience in emergency/crisis intervention and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
