We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with a range of mental health issues, including ADHD.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
