This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence for a minimum of three days each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a professional and welcoming experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Draft, publish, and revise job postings for various open positions.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Stay informed about current hiring practices and trends.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Generate reports from personnel management systems.
  • Relay pertinent information to both employees and job seekers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing, administrative support, or related areas.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
