Primary Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Coordinate interview-related activities such as scheduling, communication, and assessment coordination.
  • Act as a link between candidates and interviewers to resolve scheduling issues.
  • Manage interview schedules effectively and maintain clear communication.
  • Support onsite interview coordination and prepare interview rooms when needed.
  • Update candidate statuses in the tracking system and other tools.
