Job Title: Medicaid Claims Specialist

Description: We are seeking an experienced Medicaid Claims Specialist to join our team at Basecamp Recovery Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the claims process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims to third-party payers. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit clean claims to third-party payers electronically.
  • Maintain relationship with a clearing house, including appropriate follow-up with support issues.
  • Coordinate patient eligibility through various third-party sources.
  • Work with reception staff to ensure collection of copays and self-pay fees.

Requirements:
  • Previous medical billing experience (3-5 years).
  • Knowledge of medical billing principles and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
