Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve complex client issues related to medical billing and claims processing
  • Provide clear explanations of benefits and coverage options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards consistently

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college courses or degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; 3-5 years preferred
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related software advantageous
  • Contact center experience required

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
