Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Claims Specialist to join our team. As an On-Site Insurance Verifier, you will be responsible for verifying insurance information and communicating with providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve discrepancies.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $17/hr D.O.E, offering weekly pay and a fun, collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify claim information and ensure it aligns with patient records and insurance policies.
  • Communicate with providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Call center experience preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and billing practices (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
