Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Welcome and assist guests in our parking areas, providing top-notch service with a friendly demeanor.
- Address customer inquiries confidently and effectively.

2. **Monitoring and Compliance:**
- Patrol designated parking zones to identify vehicles lacking proper payment or authorization.
- Issue parking citations when necessary, documenting violations through photographs using company-issued devices.

3. **Maintenance and Safety:**
- Uphold cleanliness and order in parking facilities and surrounding areas.
- Report any hazards such as debris or spills to ensure a safe environment for all.

4. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work cohesively with team members in a dynamic setting, demonstrating flexibility in shift assignments.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience in the parking sector is advantageous but not essential.
- A strong commitment to exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
