Key Responsibilities- Origination and Evaluation: Solicit credit-worthy potential and existing customers to develop new business and increase or retain existing business within the framework of our bank's policies and procedures.
- Loan Presentation: Oversee the preparation of loan presentations, including detailed financial analysis and assessment of borrower's financial capacity and creditworthiness.
- Lending Risks: Assess lending risks, identify offsetting mitigants, and make recommendations on loan structure, demonstrating sound credit judgment.
- Customer and Community Relationships: Establish and promote customer and community relationships, cross-sell other bank products and services, and maintain continued awareness of market conditions and competition.
- Portfolio Management: Manage all aspects of assigned loan portfolio, with emphasis on covenant and bank policy compliance, credit quality, and delinquency control.
- Comprehensive Loan Analysis Experience: Proven experience in comprehensive loan analysis.
- Comprehensive Financial Analysis Experience: Proven experience in comprehensive financial analysis.
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Underwriting Techniques: Proven knowledge of underwriting techniques.
- Proven New Business Track Record: Proven track record of new business development.

- Proficient with Software Programs: Proficient with software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Argus.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Work Experience: 5 to 10 years of work experience in commercial lending or a related field.
