Clinical Laboratory Manager

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lab Manager to lead our Blood Bank team in Virginia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Blood Bank team to achieve operational excellence
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless laboratory operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Requirements:
- College degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medical Technology, Laboratory Management)
- ASCP certification or equivalent
- Prior experience in laboratory management, including leadership and blood bank experience
