Position Overview:

SUMMARY

Epiq is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to design, implement, and oversee email marketing initiatives for a prominent global legal firm. The Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the complete campaign lifecycle, including the creation of email content, audience targeting, landing page design, and analyzing performance metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and evaluation of email marketing campaigns and landing page creation.
  • Proficiently utilize email service platforms (preferably Vuture) to craft and dispatch emails, as well as manage content on landing pages through a content management system (preferably Sitecore).
  • Develop and implement audience segmentation and targeting methodologies to enhance email list effectiveness.
  • Expertise in email analytics, providing user training and support, and upholding email best practices.
  • Evaluate and propose strategies to boost conversion rates, including conducting A/B testing to enhance key performance indicators: minimize unsubscribe rates, hard and soft bounce rates; and maximize open and click-through rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create email and landing page content that aligns with brand objectives and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of three years' experience in an email marketing capacity, utilizing various email service platforms (preferably Vuture) and developing landing pages within content management systems (preferably Sitecore).
  • Ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards for each project.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Pardot is advantageous.
The compensation range for this position is $63,156.00 USD annually and may include eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual compensation will depend on the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
