Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at Stride, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent project management skills, and the ability to leverage email marketing to engage customers, drive conversions, and nurture relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute email marketing campaigns to support specific business goals, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Manage and support customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, targeted messages across diverse customer segments.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing, engaging, and on-brand email templates.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, CTAs, design, and content for performance improvement.
- Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Monitor, strategize, and resolve any deliverability challenges across multiple IP and sending domains.
- Work closely with other functions to ensure email efforts align with broader marketing initiatives and cross-collaborative work is prioritized and executed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms (SFMC, InboxMonster, Movable Ink).
- Strong understanding of email best practices, A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Compensation & Benefits:
Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $57,519.75 to $121, Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
