About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager - Technical to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Kuiper program, you will be responsible for defining requirements and building systems related to payments, billing, and invoicing for our satellite constellation.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for developing the international payments, billing, and invoicing strategy and vision, as well as developing product roadmaps to execute on that vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive due diligence in countries with varying customer needs and risk profiles.
  • Develop launch plans with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and recommend product and service enhancements that improve the payment, invoicing, and billing experience for Kuiper customers.
  • Establish Kuiper-compliant strategy and operating models in new countries or geographies.
  • Communicate progress to senior leadership across various workstreams.
  • Identify customer needs, define business requirements, and launch new features that improve our overall customer experience and value proposition.
  • Manage new projects end-to-end and ensure our high standards.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience.
