About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders via phone, email, and chat
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer transactions and updates in a timely and accurate manner
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
