Qualifications:

  • US Residency: Must reside in the US.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space.
  • Professional Staffing Experience: 7+ years of experience selling Professional staffing services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers.
  • Managed Services Experience: 3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, VMS.
  • Talent Ecosystem Connections: Well-connected with the Talent Ecosystem community, including TA, Procurement, MSP, and CW Program leaders.
  • Strong Relationships: Strong established relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering, etc.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
  • Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy with proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
