We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Trump Hotel Collection. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other culinary team members.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and plating to meet hotel standards.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and storage of food and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and housekeeping, to ensure seamless service.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management position.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
