Position Overview:
As the Executive Chef, you will be at the forefront of the restaurant's culinary vision, overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a deep passion for culinary arts to the role, collaborating with ownership and management to drive continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Curate seasonal, creative menus that align with the restaurant’s brand and commitment to quality.
  • Ensure consistency in all aspects of food preparation, from taste to presentation, adhering to the highest culinary standards.
  • Oversee kitchen operations including purchasing, inventory management, and cost control to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with management to strategize and implement initiatives for revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
  • Train, develop, and inspire kitchen staff to achieve their full potential.

Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Strong background in menu development, cost management, and inventory control.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring kitchen staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with team members and management.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred, though substantial professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • A deep passion for culinary innovation and a commitment to upholding the restaurant's reputation for excellence.
