Position Summary: We are seeking a self-directed, service-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to become part of our esteemed CRNA team at Christus San Marcos. This role involves adding one full-time W2 CRNA to replace a relocating team member. You will be joining a seasoned group of 9 CRNAs and 2 MDs.
Facility Details: Christus San Marcos is a multi-specialty community hospital located within close proximity to major cities. The facility provides a broad range of medical services, including general surgery, orthopedic procedures, Endo/GI, and OB/GYN care. As a level 4 trauma center, the hospital averages less than 75 OB deliveries per month.
Compensation and Benefits: The CRNA position offers a competitive compensation package of $260,000 on a W2 basis, along with 11 weeks of paid time off per year plus post-call days. CRNAs are responsible for covering 5 service sites daily, with call duties rotating among the team, ensuring post-call days off. Essential Anesthesia Management provides comprehensive medical malpractice coverage, medical benefits starting on day one, a 401K plan with a 4% match and immediate vesting, as well as allowances for continuing medical education (CME) and licensing. Additional benefits include employer-paid short-term disability and more.
