About the RoleYou will be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store environment, restocking shelves, and assisting customers with purchases. You will also work closely with store leadership to achieve business goals and maintain a positive store culture.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
