Job Summary

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Travel Imaging Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our imaging team, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Monitor patients during scans and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • ARRT-CT certification
  • Current licensure in Connecticut (or ability to obtain)
  • 1+ year of experience as a CT technologist
  • Ability to work independently in ER and scan all types of ER CT scans, including cardiac
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
