Radiologic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at a premier healthcare facility in South Connecticut. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for executing diagnostic imaging procedures, prioritizing patient safety and comfort, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of imaging results.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute various diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, as requested by physicians.
- Prioritize patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
- Properly position patients and select suitable imaging techniques for optimal results.
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Evaluate and ensure the quality and accuracy of imaging results.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography.
- State licensure in Connecticut or the ability to obtain it.
- Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist is preferred but not required.
- Solid understanding of radiologic safety standards and procedures.
