Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Bath Creek Estates. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering and performing human resources/payroll functions to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and perform human resources/payroll functions in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles and state and federal regulations.
  • Schedule and coordinate community events and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, sanitary, and infection control policies.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and community members.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration.
  • Working knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and possess good interpersonal skills.
