Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research to comprehend the needs and challenges of the target audience and market.
- Articulate a compelling vision for assigned products, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of Hayden AI.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to outline product features and specifications, prioritizing based on user satisfaction, market demand, and business goals.
- Serve as a liaison among technical teams (engineers, data scientists), design teams, product marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure cohesive product objectives, timelines, and priorities.
- Oversee the development of prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs) to validate concepts with actual users.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and monitor these metrics diligently. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions regarding product enhancements and market positioning.
- Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, including customers, investors, and internal teams. Provide updates on product development, share market research insights, and gather feedback for product iteration.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify emerging technologies and potential challenges, using this information to guide strategic product decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and managing B2G products.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop, and launch new products.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) is advantageous.
- Experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and establish KPIs and milestones.
- Strong presentation skills for conveying technical information effectively.
- Expertise in data analysis, including managing complex datasets and making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in gathering requirements from various stakeholders and translating them into effective product solutions.
