About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Paloma Landing. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious and appetizing meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in institutional or full-service restaurant cooking and a passion for improving the lives of others.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing meals and snacks for residents and staff
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Working collaboratively with other culinary services members to provide smooth and efficient operations
  • Communicating effectively with residents and staff to ensure their needs are met

Benefits
