The IT Support Engineer is crucial in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure. This role involves assisting internal clients with software and hardware challenges, troubleshooting issues with computers, laptops, security software, and network systems.

SUCCESS FACTORS:
To excel as an IT Support Engineer, you should possess a solid understanding of Windows operating systems, hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity. Experience with SaaS and environments like Windows/Linux/MS-Office is essential.
Key skills include:
- Strong attention to detail for prioritizing customer requests and analyzing helpdesk metrics.
- Ability to assist both local and remote users, including setting up new systems and users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities to diagnose and resolve IT issues.
- Experience with telecommunications and familiarity with systems like Cisco.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in supporting computer users.
- Understanding of standard computer system concepts and desktop architecture.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, and Windows 10.
- Willingness to learn additional IT skills, including those related to telecommunications and data centers.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

- Quick learner of new software and tools.
