We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapy Department Manager to lead our team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists. As a servant leader, you will provide support and mentoring to our clinical staff, ensuring they provide the highest level of safe and compassionate care to our patients.

You will serve as a professional role model and clinical resource, educator, and developer of goals and objectives for your team. You will also participate in budget and fiscal management, working closely with three managers to support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy from an accredited program
  • 5-10 years of therapy experience and 3 years of management experience
