About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Regional Relationship Manager to join our team at the Federal Reserve System. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with financial institution customers
  • Provide expert knowledge of Federal Reserve Financial Services to customers, identifying opportunities for expanded business and customer retention
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
  • Monitor and analyze customer needs, making recommendations for product and service enhancements
  • Prepare and present cost-benefit proposals to customers, driving revenue growth and strategic goal achievement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in financial institution operational practices and strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel up to 40% and work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
