We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Strategist to join our team at Arc Boat Company. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that drives employee engagement, retention, and overall business success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a holistic total rewards strategy that encompasses compensation, benefits, recognition programs, and other rewards to motivate employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and open enrollment of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
- Collaborate with the People team and business leaders to integrate compensation and rewards into our performance process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure that compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
- Stay informed of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Develop and facilitate training on total rewards programs for employees and managers.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and brokers to optimize compensation and benefits services.
- Build reliable programs and systems driven by a comprehensive people technology strategy.
- Ensure People technology systems comply with data privacy and security regulations and maintain the highest data protection standards.
- Proven ability to set and execute a strategic vision for Total Rewards.
- Deep knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and trends, including incentive design and equity compensation.
- Track record of successful program implementation.
- Clear, concise, and compelling communicator.
- Bias for action, executing quickly with excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional contributors and prioritize competing demands.
- 8+ years experience in Total Rewards and HR Systems.
- Demonstrated experience in taking things from 'scrappy' to 'scaled' in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Ownership over both your work and the company's success.
- Empathy for colleagues and for customers.
- Humility in problem solving and collaboration.
- Pragmatism for navigating ambiguity quickly and sensibly.

- Salary between $85,000-$190,000.
