We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Strategist to join our team at Arc Boat Company. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that drives employee engagement, retention, and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a holistic total rewards strategy that encompasses compensation, benefits, recognition programs, and other rewards to motivate employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and open enrollment of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
  • Collaborate with the People team and business leaders to integrate compensation and rewards into our performance process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure that compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
  • Stay informed of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
  • Develop and facilitate training on total rewards programs for employees and managers.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and brokers to optimize compensation and benefits services.
  • Build reliable programs and systems driven by a comprehensive people technology strategy.
  • Ensure People technology systems comply with data privacy and security regulations and maintain the highest data protection standards.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to set and execute a strategic vision for Total Rewards.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and trends, including incentive design and equity compensation.
  • Track record of successful program implementation.
  • Clear, concise, and compelling communicator.
  • Bias for action, executing quickly with excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional contributors and prioritize competing demands.
Bonus Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience in Total Rewards and HR Systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in taking things from 'scrappy' to 'scaled' in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
