About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager for National Security to join our team at MELE Associates, Inc. in Washington, DC.

Job Summary

This is a full-time onsite position that requires coordinating and scheduling meetings for senior-level federal staff, managing multiple calendars, and providing logistical arrangements for meetings and speaking events.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Senior-Level Staff: Provide daily management support to senior-level federal staff, including the Deputy Administrator and Assistant Principal Deputy Administrator.
  • Coordinate Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings for senior-level federal staff, including monitoring and tracking program staff calendars.
  • Logistical Support: Coordinate, schedule, and manage logistical arrangements for meetings and speaking events at Headquarters (HQ), NNSA, and public locations featuring senior NNSA leaders.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes a hybrid remote/office work environment, employer-paid medical, dental, and vision care, low-cost family health care, three weeks' vacation, 401(k) with employer match, and cross-training opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have an active DOE 'Q' or DoD Top Secret clearance and at least 3-5 years of experience working in a front-office or office management position. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or college is also required.
