About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Softeon WMS Consultant to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document client business and process requirements
  • Define and configure Softeon WMS systems based on client needs
  • Ensure seamless integration with host and other business systems
  • Configure and connect warehouse devices, including scanners, printers, and sorters
  • Lead go-live preparation, execution, and post-go-live activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client teams, Softeon teams, and 3rd party teams
  • Provide functional support and troubleshooting for production issues
  • Support testing activities, including test setup, use case refinement, execution, and troubleshooting
  • Monitor interfaces, alerts, and job logs, and take ownership of actions required to resolve issues
  • Support patches, disaster recovery activities, and change control meetings
  • Provide feedback to product architects and developers to improve product quality
