AmeriCold Internship Experience

The AmeriCold Summer Internship Experience is a 12-week, full-time, paid internship that takes place over the summer term in various locations throughout the country. This internship opportunity will afford our interns the chance to gain a deeper understanding of the supply chain industry, work on challenging and industry-specific projects, and collaborate with organizational leaders, colleagues, and peers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the process for the training lifecycle, from initial analysis/inception through completion/delivery and evaluation using ADDIE, Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation, etc., and/or Agile methodologies on multiple deliverables with aggressive timelines.
  • Perform needs assessment and audience analysis to determine performance gaps and identify opportunities, priorities, and appropriate training interventions.
  • Review metrics to determine the effectiveness of training, satisfaction measurements, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Compile and analyze evaluation data, registrations, and other metrics to determine participation rates, the effectiveness of training, satisfaction measurements, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop, maintain, and document WMS and any related interfaces or ancillary systems training materials.
  • Consult, design, develop, and deliver presentations both in the classroom and virtually.
  • Assist with configuration and testing tasks in the Learning Management System (LMS - Cornerstone).
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and other meetings as necessary.
  • Analyze, design, develop, and/or update on-demand courses and curricula using Captivate, SAP Enable Now, Articulate 360, or other eLearning authoring software.
  • Edit instructional and supporting materials for grammar, clarity, consistency, and accuracy of content.
Requirements
  • Currently a Rising Junior or Rising Senior enrolled at an accredited college/university for an undergraduate in Mass Computer Science, E-Learning, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, or related field of study.
  • Proficient in MS Products, especially Word and Teams.
  • Organized, collaborative, team-oriented, presentation skills.
What Could Set You Apart
  • Familiarity with Cornerstone, Learning Management Systems, SAP.
  • Technical writing techniques.
  • Ability to attend August 2025 Training Conference.
