Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Professional to support our billing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle billing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Claims Processing

Generate and submit claims in various formats, ensuring timely filing and accuracy.

Claim Rejection and Correction

Research and correct claim rejections, making adjustments as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Billing and Collection

Manage accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely posting of payments.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and review AR reports in Excel, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Education

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle billing, with a focus on billing and collection.

Skillset

Proficient in computer/data entry and Microsoft Excel, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits
