About the Role
Sands Investment Group, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Investment Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other industry professionals
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns
- Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in investment sales with a proven track record
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with others
