KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor staff and guest activities to ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Implement necessary measures to safeguard operations.
  • Utilize sound judgment to maintain the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering a positive atmosphere for guests and team members.

  • Regulate guest access to restricted areas.
  • Assist in managing unruly individuals when necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license is required, and the ability to operate a company vehicle is essential.
  • Ability to remain composed in emergency situations.
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts from 10 PM to 6:30 AM.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively. Frequent standing and walking are necessary, along with occasional sitting, reaching, kneeling, and crouching. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and possess the manual dexterity to operate required equipment. Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision. The ability to push and pull equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. is also necessary. A level of physical fitness is required to manage unruly guests.
