**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor and coordinate operations workflow and assist team members with escalated issues.
  • Process and/or reconcile transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Identify and address exceptions and serve as a point of escalation.
  • Partner internally to resolve escalations and provide guidance.
  • Coach team members and provide applicable training.

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Collection Management, Managing Multiple Priorities, Operational Functions, Problem Management Process, Process Management, Products and Services, Standard Operating Procedures.
