Receptibilities and Requirements:
- 3+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience.
- Bank, credit card and ACH weekly reconciliations knowledge
- Weekly and Monthly Billing and invoicing experience.
- Ability to work in General Ledger accounting software package
- Accurately record all accounts information into the database in accordance with company policy.
- Some light accounts receivable exposure
- Strong Microsoft excel knowledge.
- Experience with QuickBooks on line would be a major plus
- Candidate should be a good communicator and work well in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Our growing client is looking to add a Accounts Payable/Accounting specialist to their team. The position will wear many hats and be involved in array of day-to-day accounting activities. This position will be in the office 5 days a week. After 90 days, there will be the ability to work 1 day remotely.
