Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a group of stores with $10-$15 million in revenue.
- Work closely with store operators to implement corporate and merchandising strategies.
- Drive the growth of fuel and car wash sales for assigned stores.
- Monitor store operations, providing advice, coaching, and assistance to store management.
- Promote efficiency to maximize store profitability.
- Ensure key processes are in place through store visits, evaluations, and data analysis.
- Prefer Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Three to five years of management experience or two+ years of multi-unit management experience.
- Prior retail, sales, or customer service background preferred.
- Must be able to drive and travel.
- Must be available for on-call work schedule as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
