As a Recovery and Collections Agent, you'll play a critical role in collecting assets for our clients, negotiating on their behalf, and helping resolve legal issues. You'll work closely with our team to solve financial problems and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting assets for clients through various means, including negotiation and settlement.
  • Communicating with clients and other stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Negotiating and documenting payment plans, guiding clients through the payment process.
  • Staying up-to-date on legal collections processes, deadlines, and state laws.
  • Working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment with a focus on goal achievement and bonus structure.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
