Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will work with a team responsible for providing administrative and compliance support to our Creditors Rights Recovery Department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and input Notice of Rights into the database, and retrieve service information using courthouse applications.
  • Assist with the receipt of execution paperwork and prepare package documents.
  • Retrieve call recordings and conduct monthly audits of call logs, preparing logs for clients and management as needed.
  • Review and distribute department mail, email, and voicemails appropriately.
  • Audit files for accurate call and letter codes to assist with inventory management.
  • Generate weekly and monthly inventory, collector, and client reports.
  • Assist with monitoring pre-suit and post-judgment disputed files and the processing of verification of debt letters.
  • Update SOPs related to the post-judgment process.

  • Additional projects as needed for the Collections Department and as directed by the Manager or Lead Recovery Agents.

Requirements:

  • 2-year Associate's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative support role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center with a high level of customer service.
  • Basic understanding of the litigation process preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to process a large volume of work efficiently and accurately.
