SEO Manager

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our team at Justworks. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives organic traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement SEO-friendly content targeting high-priority keywords.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value, relevant keywords for content across the website.
- Monitor the website's technical SEO performance, including site load times, meta tags, schema, canonical and crawlability, and identify and resolve any technical issues that may be impacting search engine rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices and adapt the SEO strategy as needed to ensure continued success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of both content optimization and technical SEO best practices.
- Proven track record of driving results, including improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic and conversions.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and SEOTesting.
