About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team at ComTec Solutions. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading our operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure financial sustainability
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of management experience in a fast-paced and growing environment
  • Progressive experience in the professional services industry, with a focus on operations and management
  • Experience working with or leading in a Managed Services Provider environment
  • ERP systems expertise, with a depth of knowledge among a broad range of manufacturing processes
  • Exceptional client relations skills and the ability to handle problem-resolution meetings
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, including process documentation
